Training For Parents, Carers & Professionals
We offer training sessions for adults who support children and young people – including parents, carers, professionals and volunteers. Our training is designed to build confidence, understanding and practical skills, helping you feel more equipped to support young people with their mental health and wellbeing.

How training is delivered
Training sessions are:
- Delivered online via Zoom or MS Teams
- Offered as open sessions (anyone can attend) or closed sessions (for specific groups or organisations)
- Interactive, with opportunities for discussion and questions
Each session includes a certificate of attendance.
Training schedule
Training schedules are released quarterly and include multiple dates for each topic.
