Group Wellbeing Workshops
Structured group sessions designed to help young people build understanding, confidence, and coping skills.
Groups usually run for 4–6 weeks and may focus on:
- Emotional wellbeing
- Understanding thoughts and feelings
- Managing difficult emotions (including anger)
- Developing healthy coping strategies
Groups are age-appropriate, supportive, and led by trained practitioners.
Peer Support
Open-ended, regular drop-in sessions for young people who benefit from ongoing emotional check-ins.
Peer support offers:
- A safe space to talk or reflect
- Support with goal-setting and wellbeing
- Opportunities to practise coping skills
There’s no pressure to share, young people are encouraged to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them.
1-2-1 Coaching & Support
Short-term, individual support for young people who would benefit from focused one-to-one sessions.
This support may include:
- Talking through worries or challenges
- Learning coping strategies
- Building confidence and emotional awareness
Sessions are tailored to the young person and are usually time-limited.
Counselling and Specialist Support
Some young people may need more specialist support. We work closely with trusted partner organisations to help ensure young people access the right service, including:
- North Staffs Mind: 1-to-1 counselling
- The Dove Service: specialist loss and bereavement support
Our team will help guide young people and families towards appropriate support where needed.
