Getting Advice
from Stay Well

Stay Well provides advice to young people who need support to cope with changes or things that are happening in their lives, i.e. guidance on self-support, (including signposting to online resources).

We also provide guidance and support to young people with ongoing and more severe mental health conditions, i.e. who are choosing to manage their own mental health or are on the road to recovery.

Stay Well also offers training to teachers and parents so that they have a better understanding of young people’s mental health issues and how they can offer advice.
